MY PROCESS
Here is a brief look at my research process to provide an understanding of how I operate as a researcher. Of course, there is no one-size-fits-all approach, but this is my general method.
UNDERSTAND
Communicate with stakeholders to understand the problem, and identify goals for research studies and target users.

PLAN
Craft a research strategy to effectively answer key questions, enabling product and design teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.​​
TEST & EXECUTE
Run pilot sessions to evaluate the testing protocol and iterate if applicable. Execute the research study and gather data.

Analyze and translate data into actionable insights to inform product and design decisions.
